How do I cancel my booking?

You can not cancel your bookings via ThreeSteps or the app/ website of ThreeSteps.

Cancellations or changes of your bookings are possible only at the platform where you did the booking, under the agreed platform conditions.

ThreeSteps is only the affiliate agent between you and the particular platform.
